Airscapes

“From a bird’s-eye view, a world reveals itself that remains hidden from the ground. In my Airscapes, I seek abstraction within the familiar. As the distance from the earth grows, buildings, roads, and landscapes dissolve into lines, shapes, and rhythms. It is a play with perception: the world becomes a canvas on which nature and humanity have unconsciously created graphic masterpieces. My photographs are an invitation to observe our familiar surroundings from a new, detached clarity.
